Stunning
house with all facilities needed to enjoy a great holiday.
Several local eating places, Prime Time ….has great food
and great service. Arrived in the wake of hurricane
Frances, got evacuated for a night… Brenda is great and
could not have been more helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful
place with almost all of the amenities you need. Caught
lots of fish off Gasparilla Pier. Stump Pass beach and
Blind Pass beach we liked the best.

such a wonderful time. The place is perfect. We came with my sister and her
family, so 6 of us and 3 of them, 9 all together and there was plenty of room and
everything we needed. Beautiful! I wish this place was mine to keep. Thank you
for making this available to us. We Michiganders love this warm weather.
I will remember this vacation with my precious growing family and my dear
sisters family forever.

Fantastic
villa for a fantastic holiday. Everything is perfect for a great family
reunion. We shall certainly
be asking to use your lovely family home again another
year. We were extremely grateful to have the lovely pool, spa and Lanai as a ‘red

We had a
very enjoyable and relaxing time. The house was comfortable and met all of
our needs considering we had two children. Brenda was quite helpful and we
appreciated her calling us every few days to see if everything was OK. Some of
our best times were just resting by the pool!

The most
beautiful villa have ever stayed in – will definitely use it again in the future.
Gorgeous facilities + well equipped with towels, videos and drawers + closet
space! The pool was wonderful + spa too… Brenda was v helpful + friendly.

from Orlando via Busch gardens on Wednesday to find your beautiful villa, which
was well equipped too. Have visited Sanibel Island, Babcock Nature Reserve, Busch
Gardens, Port Charlotte and went shark-tooth hunting on the beaches!
Would love to come back some time and have very much enjoyed our stay in your
villa and around the area, and the weather has been fantastic. Thought the
pool, spa and lanai very spacious and relaxing. Overall, best equipped and
furnished villa and as we were a party of nine, thought it was fantastic.

Having
booked this villa via the internet, we were pleasantly surprised at how great this
turned out! This was the 2nd part of a 2-centre vacation, the first
week in Orlando…Whilst the villa in Orlando was really good, this was so superior
– very spacious and chic. The weather has been great and the beaches
wonderful –m particularly Boca Grande and Englewood. Rotunda is obviously a great
area… many thanks for a great week.

Wonderful,
relaxing pool, great beaches! Our favourites were Venice, Siesta Key and Boca
Grande. The ferry to Rum Bay restaurant is worth it, even with small children.

explored the area. Best beach for 4 pre-schoolers was Siesta Key…

beautifully designed villa, elegantly furnished, immaculately maintained, extremely
well equipped (except for the inexplicable absence of a teapot!!) with superb
pool and Jacuzzi.

Beautiful
weather, excellent food reasonably priced and so much to do and see – all the
ingredients for a wonderful holiday, and that is exactly what we have had.
We shall have many lovely memories to talk about over the next British winter
(ugh!) This has been our seventh visit to Florida and the best so far.

you! A wonderful villa in a
beautiful setting! We all had fun in the pool … Having
just done 10 days in Orlando it was nice to have some peace and tranquillity
(well as much as you
can with a 3 and 12 year old in the house!)
We didn’t want for anything, the villa provided everything we needed…Food was great …PJ’s
Fish Grille on Boca Grande was lovely and the tuna was so beautifully
presented, it seemed a
shame to eat it! Johnny Leverock's and the Outback were
also very good.
[the children] enjoyed the Kids Fishing Trip with Grande Tours…We all had a great
time. Thank You.
